I, understand that baseball is an inherently dangerous sport and participation in baseball related or other activities sponsored by Bring It Swing It Baseball, LLC, or any of it’s affiliates carries the risk of minor injury, serious injury, catastrophic injury or death as a result of thrown or batted baseballs, bats or other equipment whether accidental or intentional on the part of participants in said activities. I also understand that said activities carry the risk of damage to and destruction of personal property including but not limited to baseball equipment, clothing, automobiles and all modes of transportation and personal property anywhere within 1000 feet of venues owned, rented, or hosted by Bring It Swing It Baseball, LLC or any of its affiliates and that no warranty is provided for any of said property.

All risks being considered, understood and acknowledged, I, release Bring It Swing It Baseball, LLC and all of its management, employees and affiliates of any responsibility or liability for any of said risks.
I, agree to pay all legal fees and other monetary and opportunity costs as defined by Bring It Swing It Baseball, LLC in perpetuity which may be incurred as a result of lawsuits or litigation of any kind seeking damages or compensation against Bring It Swing It Baseball, LLC and any of its affiliates on my behalf.
I, agree to allow medical treatment including but not limited to First Aid by professional or unprofessional means which may or may not be available on site at any of the events and is neither guaranteed to be provided or available at any of the events sponsored by or hosted by Bring It Swing It Baseball, LLC or any of its affiliates.
I, agree to allow the video and audio recording of my likeness, voice and all my activities while participating in events sponsored or hosted by Bring It Swing It Baseball, LLC, for the purpose of promotion, advertisement, social media engagement and any other business related activity as defined by said company and its affiliates.
